Brady Hooker is the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner of Innisfree Capital, where he leads the firm's investment strategy, underwriting, capital formation, and portfolio management. He is responsible for sourcing and structuring commercial real estate debt investments with a focus on disciplined underwriting, capital preservation, and delivering dependable bridge financing solutions.

Prior to founding Innisfree Capital, Brady was a Partner at Lotis LLC, a commercial real estate development and investment firm with more than $300 million in assets under management. During his seven-year tenure, he progressed from field operations into senior leadership, gaining extensive experience across acquisitions and dispositions, development, financing, underwriting, and asset management.

Earlier in his career, Brady worked as an Associate with Thompson Financial's Capital Markets Consulting Group. He also founded and successfully sold Midland International's commodity trading division, building the business into a $100 million operation with trading activities spanning New York, London, São Paulo, and Shanghai.

Brady earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Financial Applications from Southern Methodist University and a Master's in Investment Finance from DePaul University. His career has been driven by a passion for finance, commercial real estate, and building long-term relationships through disciplined investment strategies and reliable execution.
